I myself am newbie. Well, at least consider myself as one. I try not to violate Net Etiquettes. I don't know, maybe I am still not used to it. Some kind ones forgave me. Anyway, this webpage is for you, newbies. You should read them for a better understanding of Net Etiquettes.
